Spiced Pecans

• Ingredients: 5
• Serves: 4-6

ingredients

• 1 cup pecan halves
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup sugar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1⁄3 cup evaporated milk

directions

1. Cook sugar, cinnamon and milk to soft "ball stage".
2. Add vanilla and pecans.
3. Mix until cool and firm.
4. Pour on waxed paper and put in refrigerator.

It was alright but the pecans never dried and it just became a big mess. I followed the recipe, so I don't know what happened. I still ate them though.
