Bought some perch fillets here, they went very well with the spices, a very nice combination indeed. Made for a very nice quick meal. usually dont eat much fish, but this was out of this world. Made for Best of 2012.

Lovely fish preparation! I used tilapia and corn flour instead of rice flour. I liked the combination of spices; flavorful but not at all spicy. I used a minimal amount of oil to saute the fish and we enjoyed this with asparagus and Lemon-Parmesan Barley. Thanks for sharing your recipe!
