Spiced Nuts

- Heat oven to 300F degrees.
- Mix egg white and pecans until nuts are coated& sticky.
- Mix together sugar& cinnamon; sprinkle over pecans, stirring until sugar mixture completely coats the nuts.
- Spread on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 20 minutes.
- Cool completely.
