Yum!!! Originally from Hallmark Magazine.
- 6 kiwi fruits (1 1/4 lbs. total)
- 1⁄2 cup pineapple juice
- 1⁄3 cup sugar
- 1⁄8 teaspoon allspice
- 1⁄8 teaspoon cinnamon
- Halve kiwis lengthwise and scoop flesh out into a bowl. Mash with a fork.
- In medium saucepan combine kiwi, pineapple juice, sugar, allspice and cinnamon. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and cook, stirring occasionally, until jam reduces to a generous 1 cup.
- Transfer to mason jar, let cool and refrigerate.
