  1. Line a 15" x 10" x 1" pan with foil; coat with nonstick spray.
  2. Place pretzels in large bowl.
  3. In small bowl; combine honey, butter and spices.
  4. Pour over pretzels; toss to coat evenly.
  5. Spread into pan.
  6. Bake 350F for 8 minutes, stir once.
  7. Cool on wire rack, stir gently few times to separate.

They were very good, but I stirred them after 4 minutes, and then only put on for another 2 mintues after reading that they burnt. And they still got burnt. I didn't have onion powder, so we ground up dried onion and I also added garlic powder. I thought the flavor was mild while eating them....I could taste the chili powder a few minutes later.

Loved 'em! These go together very quickly and is stuff that I generally have on hand. I threw them together last minute for a holiday party this week. I used the mini-pretzels instead of sticks and had to sub 1/4t onion salt because I didn't have onion powder. DH and I both enjoyed this savory snack.

These are great, Shirl (J)! I used Smart Balance with Flaxseed Oil for the margarine, and followed this recipe exactly. Next time I make these I need to probably cook these for 7 mins. I stirred after the first 4 mins, but accidentally cooked them 45 secs longer (almost 9 mins) and some of the pretzel sticks got a bit burnt on one side. They tasted fine. THe un-burnt ones were great. The sweet flavor dominates a bit more, but you can definitely taste the onion powder, and there's a zing from the chili powder. I've already eaten half a batch already! And if my bf doesn't try these soon, he'll miss out until I make a new one., lol. Yummy! :)
