  1. Place carrots in a saucepan; cover with water.
  2. Cook until tender, about 8-10 minutes. Drain.
  3. Combine butter, sugar, salt and cinnamon; pour over carrots and toss to coat.
  4. Serve immediately.
  5. Yield: 4-6 servings.
