Wow! Wouldn't change a thing when making these great-tasting carrots ~ The indicated spices really take the nice taste (in my opinion) of carrots to a whole new level, & this is a recipe I'm definitely keeping! They'll definitely be on at least one of my next holiday tables! [Made & reviewed in 1-2-3 Hits tag]

This was great for a change in cooked carrots! The only thing I didn't use was cardamom but some allspice. Thanks for the great recipe, Annacia!

These are wonderful carrotes Annacia. Wow I wish I could give you 10*'s for this dish. Quick and easy to make, soft tender carrotes and the flavour. What a taste treat. All the flavours blend beautifully together. The cardamon, garlic and ginger really make these carrotes pop. Thanks so much for sharing.
