To add a special touch, serve with long cinnamon sticks as stirrers. Each serving is 8-ounces. I found this recipe at a Estate sale. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.


  1. In a teapot or small heatproof bowl, pour boiling water over tea bags; cover and let stand 5 minutes.
  2. Remove tea bags.
  3. In a medium saucepan, combine cider, honey, allspice, cloves and cinnamon sticks. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Remove spices.
  5. Stir in tea; heat through. Serve hot in mugs.
