  1. I will be uploading a photo of these AMAZING muffins. I am the Pastry Chef for Erly Rush Coffee House in Downtown Muskogee, Ok and I had a client ask for a Apple Cinnamon Muffin.. I opened up the Test Kitchen and these were the WINNER!!! They are going on into the pastry display Tuesday Morning.. Thank You so much for Uploading!! changes: diced apples for top garnish and I used a streusel crumb topping. 1/2 tsp nutmeg & 1/2 tsp cinnamon into batter along with the addition of a extra 1/2 c diced apples.
