Spice Snowball Cookies

"This was one of my favorite Christmas cookies as a kid."

• Ingredients: 7
• Yields: 36 cookies

ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup butter
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon almond extract
• 1 cup flour
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 2 cups spice gumdrops

directions

1. Cream butter.
2. Add all other ingredients, except the powdered sugar and spice drops.
3. Mix well.
4. Shape into 1" balls around spice drops and place on a greased cookie sheet.
5. Bake at 350 degrees 15 minutes.
6. Cool and roll in powdered sugar.
