these are ok - i followed the recipe exactly, but had to cook the tofu in 2 batches because all 8 slices would not fit in the pan. the honey/citrus is overpowering, then you get a strong aftertaste of paprika...they did not get crispy as i would have liked either
This was great with the changes I had to make. I used cider vinegar instead of lemon juice and some chili powder instead of coriander, because those are what I had. The cooking method worked very nicely. One comment-you mention pepper in the directions but not the ingredient list. Nice veg. main course!
