This is a great base for a lot of sauces, not just bechamel! You could add some garlic, a bit of wine or any herb. I used freshly ground salt and pepper and fresh nutmeg. This sauce was tasty over some sauteed mushrooms. I did substitute butter for the margarine but made as directed. Made for Almost 5 tag game. Thanks Noo! :)
