I made this for *Zaar World Tour III* - I kept to the recipe except I didn't add the can chopped green chillies, my daughter (4 year old) was going to eat this recipe and it may have been too hot for her. It was very yummy, the flavours really combine really well together and the directions are simple to follow. I served it with salsa and a dab of sour cream and garnished it with jalapeno peppers (So Hubby and I can enjoy a little heat). Thank you iewe

This was really enjoyed by my whole family. I have to admit to not really wanting to cook tonight, but saw this recipe and figured I might as well try it today. It is extremely simple, hence the reason I chose to make it when I didn't want to cook and pretty quick. I made 1/2 a recipe of the dish and still have some for leftovers for later, which I really appreciate. I found myself a little low on the chicken measures, so I added a can of sliced mushrooms. I also added the chilies with tomatoes (Rotel) as my family likes those. If you add the mushrooms and leave out the tomatoes just adding the chilies, this seems to be quite similar to Chi Chi's Chicken Enchiladas which were my favorite thing to order when we used to go there. Thanks for another way I can get a tasty dinner on the table with minimal effort and in little time. =)
