  1. Preheat oven t 190 Deg C.
  2. Beat eggs for a few minutes.
  3. Add sugars, vanilla and butter, mixing to combine.
  4. Sift together the flour, salt and baking soda.
  5. Add it to the egg mixture.
  6. Stir in the chocolate chips and walnuts.
  7. Line a cookie sheet with wax paper and drop batter by spoonfuls onto paper.
  8. Bake for about 15 minutes.
  9. Let cool for 10 minutes on a cool sheet before removing.
  10. Change paper after each batch.
  11. Store in an airtight container.
  12. You can also crumble the cookies and mix into ice cream for an interesting and delicious dessert!
