I swapped out the skim milk and cream for 2 cups of fat free half and half. This made for an incredibly rich and delicious soup that tasted extremely authentic. This recipe is a keeper for my family.

This was pretty good - however I added for myself a little seafood seasoning and paprika, after that it was delicious! I used imitation Lobster this time, but I think I will spring for the real thing next time and it will be great!

This dish was excellent! I had to double the recipe and it was gone lickety split. I used extra onions.
