Super quick and easy goes great with salsa or chutney
- 3 tablespoons self raising flour
- 1 teaspoon dried herbs
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne
- 300 g grated cheddar cheese
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Mix all ingredients except the oil and season if desired.
- Form into 8 balls and flatten slightly
- Fry in the oil for 2 - 3 mins each side.
