  1. In a small bowl combine seeds and vinegar.
  2. Set aside for several hours or overnight.
  3. Cook potatoes, cool,cut into 3/4 inch pieces.
  4. Add chopped eggs, scallions,salt,mayo and seeds.
  5. Mix until well blended.
