- 1 large onion, chopped
- 59.14 ml Wesson Oil
- 170.09 g can tomato paste
- 118.29 ml water
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 59.14 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 59.14 ml soy sauce
- 59.14 ml white vinegar
- 29.58 ml honey
- 9.85 ml Tabasco sauce
- 9.85 ml salt
- 7.39 ml liquid smoke (found by bbq sauce in supermarket)
- 3 large garlic cloves, minced
- 4.92 ml dry mustard
- 1814.36-2267.96 g pork spareribs
directions
- In small saucepan, saute onion in Wesson Oil until transparent. Add remaining ingredients except spare ribs. Mix well. Simmer 15 minutes. Pour over spare ribs in large glass baking dish; let stand 1 hour, turning occasionally. Arrange on shallow rack or broiler pan. Bake 350 2 hours. Turn ribs and baste with remaining barecue sauce two or three times during baking. Cut in portions and serve with extra sacue for dipping. Makes 4 servings.
