A very easy crab dip of any occasion! This recipe says to sprinkle with paprika but i sprinkled with old bay and it gave it a great taste!
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softed
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 16 ounces crabmeat
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 1⁄4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1⁄2 tablespoon salt
- preheat oven to 375
- combine all ingredients, blend well.
- spoon into oven proof dish.
- sprinkle with paprika/old bay.
- bake for 18 minute.
- serve with bread or crackers.
Prepared for PAC Spring 2008 A very easy, high yield dip. Mild flavors with none in particular standing out. As an expensive recipe to prepare not enough bang for the buck. The flavor developed better after it had cooled a little but is was still unimpressive.
