A new twist on roast beef. Perfect on crusty rolls with the juice for dipping. Yum! The serving size is a guess-timate. It will depend on how thinly the roast is sliced.

  1. Sear the roast in skillet.
  2. Remove roast to a roasting pan and add the remaining ingredients to the skillet and cook until the onion is soft.
  3. Pour consomme mixture over the roast, cover and cook for 4 hours at 350.
