      I agree this recipe was great. I will be making these again. They went fast. The orange was a delicious addition. I used cooking spray in my pan with no paper. Came out perfect. I didn't measure the blues, just threw in what I had on hand. Excellent job!

      I am so happy I found this recipe. I now make these muffins all the time. They are quick and tasty. I use brown flour and add ground flaxseed. I use a bit less sugar and use vegetable oil instead of melted butter. The only thing my daughter doesn't like about them is that the muffins stick to the muffin paper. I don't know how to fix this?! Peace.
