Recipe by insulin resistant c

From my German born and raised mother-in-law. I haven't made this yet so listed servings and times are a complete guess.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Sift flour with salt.
  2. Add eggs and milk (or water) and beat by hand.
  3. Place dough on wooden board and scrape off small pieces or force dough through large holed colander.
  4. Cook for approximate one minute in small amounts of salted boiling water.
  5. Serve immediately or saute briefly in butter, adding grated parmesan cheese.
