My rendition of a classic. Great for a beach day
- 750 ml sweet white wine
- 4 ounces club soda
- 1⁄2 cup apple brandy
- 1⁄2 cup simple syrup
- 1 lime, juiced and rind cubed
- 1 apple, cored and cubed
- In a large pitcher, combine all ingredients. Allow to chill thoroughly and serve over ice.
- I used Italia Roscato Bianco Dolce for the sweet white wine but any Moscato will work. If it is too sweet, a nice dry chardonnay will also work.
