I was looking on the web for some different twists on smoothies to use for the summer months for the kids. This one is a huge hit! Very simple and inexpensive to make and everyone just loved it!

  1. Combine sherbet and fruit in a blender and blend until thick and smooth.
  2. Stir in sparkling water until thoroughly mixed. Enjoy!

Yummy smoothie!!! Just loved it. I made 1/2 of the recipe and followed as written except I used Sprite Zero as the sparkling water. I was almost like a healthy dessert after my lunch and hit the spot on the very hot and humid day!!! Thanks for sharing the recipe.
