If you're considering trying this salad, DO IT! We omitted the meat and shallots and used goat cheese instead of cambozola then followed the recipe exactly. DELICIOUS! Thank you so much for posting. :)

Amazing, my family loved this salad, the combination of flavors was unbelievable. Easy to prepare and great as a starter or even a main course if you increase the proportions... trust me you will scrape your plates clean.

Yum, nice combination of flavours:) I couldn't find cambolzola cheese, so used some spare Gouda I had to hand, and I totally forgot to find prosciutto, so it's as close as I could get to the recipe as a whole, but I would also like to make this again one day when I have ALL the ingredients :) This was for me an interesting mixure of flavours and did take a little getting used to. Definiately a recipe I might experiment with in the future. Please see my rating system, a lovely 4 stars :) Thanks !
