Adults only! Adapted from House & Garden's New Cookbook. The recipe calls for albacore, but I prefer chunk light tuna because I think it's moister. Cook time is chilling time.
- Combine tuna, oil, sherry, onion, and parsley.
- Toss lightly to mix.
- Chill several hours and serve on a bed of greens.
I have to say that although I like all the ingredients in this dish, the combination didn't blow me away. The sherry really made it taste too 'boozy', a flavor that really didn't compliment the fish. I'll try again with sherry vinegar, I think that would be a smoother flavor. Thanks for posting! Made for ZWT8
