Yum! I did cut the taters into small chunks to cook faster and loved the crispy outside!

I love spanish paprika, but never thought to use the spice on oven fries. This turned out delicious! My picky husband loved them! Thanks for the suggestion/recipe...

I make oven fries often, and this was a really nice version. I loved the addition of smoked paprika and added extra. :) I just put all the ingredients in a ziplock bag and squished everything around until the potatoes were coated well. I didn't bake quite so long, but my potatoes (Yukon Golds) weren't very large. Thanks for posting the recipe!

Anything with smoked paprika merits 5 stars in my book. These are simple and delicious. As is usual for me, I added more garlic, but otherwise followed the recipe.

I do oven fries once a week and this is a nice addition to my variety of recipes. I don't use any oil. I bake them on a piece of parchment paper on a baking stone cut to fry size. They take a little less time cut thinner (apprx 40 minutesat 375 degrees). The garlic & smoked paprika is a lovely flavor combination Thanks for adding to my guilt free oven fried potato recipes
