Spanish Sauce Burger Topping

This recipe comes from Chatelaine Food Express Quickies. There should be enough sauce to top 4 to 6 burgers.It's also delicious over fish and chicken.

Ingredients:

Servings: 4

• ½ cup chili sauce or ½ cup salsa
• ½ cup stuffed olives , sliced
• ¼ cup Spanish onion , finely chopped
• 1 garlic clove , crushed

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.

The sauce added a nice touch to turkey burgers. I used a medium heat chipolte salsa & loved the addition of the olives and of course more garlic is always a good thing. Other than adding crisp leaf lettuce no other condiments or veggies were used. Thank you for sharing your recip!

I used a med salsa and as a sauce it isn't shy, just delicious. Couldn't be any easier and it would be a great with anything with a Mexican lair. This is a total winner.

This is a great topping to a plaino hamburg with a wonderful robust flavor. If you like olives you're sure to like this topping. I used a combination of both chili sauce and salsa.
