- 1 bunch fresh watercress
- 4 cups Baby Spinach
- 2 endives
- 1 apple, cored and sliced
- 1 cantaloupe, balled

Dressing
- 2 tablespoons vinegar (tarragon is best)
- 1⁄4 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1⁄2 lemon, juice of
- 1 pinch sugar
- salt and pepper
directions
- Mix salad ingredients together.
- Whisk dressing ingredients together and pour over salad.
