The lemon really gave a great taste to the chicken, permeating it from the inside. The chicken turned out very moist, with a nicely browned skin. The potatoes were delicious! The only problem I had was that my chorizo ended up being hard, little rocks. The slices turned almost black, and were crunchy. So although some of the spiciness from the chorizo flavored the potatoes, you couldn't really eat the chorizo. (So I removed them for the photo....they just looked like black dots lol). This made for a delicious dinner! Thanks for sharing....made for Photo Tag.

Spanish Roast Chicken, Chorizo and Potatoes
