Love this recipe! It's so simple but it tastes so delicious. I followed the recipe exactly -- but I can see where it could easily have some additional ingredients added if one wanted to do that. The rice was very fluffy and it had such great flavor. I've already made it a few times and it's on the menu again for tomorrow night!!!

Very good and very easy. My husband and I decided at the last minute we wanted spanish rice and this worked pretty well. I didn't have any tomato sauce so I had to use catsup. That made it a little sweeter and we also didn't have parsley so we used cilantro. We loved the cilantro but not the catsup. We also said we would not add the salt since the chicken bouillon cubes are a little high in salt. We will use make again with tomato sauce and no salt. thanks for an easy fast good spanish rice!

Super yummy! This is just like the best spanish rice you've had at a mexican restaurant. I tried this with both tomato sauce and Pace Picante sauce as a substitute. I did prefer the tomato sauce over the Pace. This is just personal taste, but I would use half the amount of onion. Thanks for the great recipe!

OK lets see...My name is Diane and I'm married to a wonderful guy -- going on 20 years. We have 2 kids -- 1 daughter and 1 son a 70lb german shepard, a fat cat and a very snobby cat! I work a couple of days a week in the Loop and the rest of my time is spent sitting at the kids sporting events. I love to try new recipes. Luckily, hubby will try just about anything. The kids aren't so eager about that, but are generally very good sports about it!
