  • Boil water in a small pot, cut chicken into large chuncks and when water begins to boil, add chicken. Cook chicken.
  • In a large saucepan add olive oil and garlic. Sautee.
  • Add Sazon and let simmer. Add tomato sauce and let simmer.
  • Add broth and beans. Stir. Then add rice, stir and bring to boil. Add cooked chicken to rice.
  • Turn heat to medium-low and simmer until liquid had mostly absorbed. About 20 minutes. Do not stir during this time.
  • After 20 minutes stir, cover and reduce heat to low.
  • Leave it there for 15 minutes. Check to see if rice is tender. If not add half a cup of water, cover and continue to simmer until water is gone and rice is cooked.
