Big flavours from a few ingredients-sometimes we overlook the simplest of things!!
We love dishes like this...in fact I make something very similar with fresh chilies, garlic and lashings of ginger.
This was a nice change of pace...and yes..I know everybody else has said it, but you really do need some lovely crusty bread for those juices!!

This was quite tasty, but even though I used garlic infused oil in addition to the garlic cloves, I thought it didn't taste very garlicky. I would probably add some garlic salt to the pan next time, and there will definitely be a next time!

I made this for dinner tonight, with a green salad and lots of good bread. I followed the recipe exactly, except for substituting smoke paprika for regular. It was delicious, and two of us killed it!!!

So great and quick to put together! Only change I made was to use half the amount of pepper flakes with a sliced fresh chili just for appearance and you're right the juices are just great soaked up with bread.

Made this as part of a tapas dinner. It was probably the simplest thing I made, threw it on the stove as the guests arrived, and it was hot and ready to serve. Awesome taste for little investment.

I love this!!! I had this in Spain where it comes to the table sizzling as Kiwidutch describes but this version I love even more as it is not SWIMMING in butter like the Spanish version I had, that was too rich for me, so the olive oil in this suited me much better - the best part is sopping up the juices with bread! Made as part of a tapas style meal for ZWT3. Thank you kiwidutch!

We enjoyed our little trip to Spain tonight with these delicious prawns. Used slightly less red pepper flakes because ours are lethal. Made and enjoyed for Zaar World Tour.

Delightful! This was garlicy and apicy and just an all around amazing little dish. I added an exra garlic clove- just bc we love garlic and more pepper flakes bc we are spicy! lol The sherry in here really made this come together nicely. Thanks for sharing this!

Kiwi, these were really wonderful shrimp! I loved the slight spiciness and the the melding of the spices with the lemon juice and the sherry. Plus, these were soooo easy to make! Thanks for a great recipe!

These made a wonderful appetizer. They have a little zing to them. I am going to try them as a main course, over some pasta! Thanks for posting this keeper!
