Reviews

  1. I didn't have a shell but I made it anyway and it was like a custard. I topped it with fresh raspberries rolled in sugar that I let sit for 10 minutes. Then put a couple tablespoons on the "pie". Everyone loved it. It took about 15 minutes to make. I broke into it before I thought of taking a picture. But it was very pretty.

Tweaks

  1. used raspberries instead of banana and didn't use a crust shell. It went straight into the glass pie plate. There was quite a bit of mixture and looked lovely in my glass fluted pie plate.
