This was a lovely spanish coffee Kim. I enjoyed it very much. The coffee - liquer ratio was perfect. I used Starbuck's French Roast for a nice bold base and added Kahlua and amber rum, it was what I had on hand. Fresh cream and a beautiful marishino cherry, topped it off, it couldn't have been any better. Thanks for sharing another winner.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 ounce tia maria coffee liqueur
  • 12 ounce bacardi rum
  • 6 ounces hot coffee
  • whipped cream
  • cherries

Directions

  1. Pour Tia Maria and rum into a coffee mug. Fill with hot coffee.
  2. Top with whipped cream and a cherry.
  3. Sit back and relax!
