    Typical Spanish dish with white wine which gives it a very nice flavor.

    Ingredients:

    Directions:

      Place olive oil, diced potatoes, carrots, tomatoes and garlic in deep pan.
    2. 2
      Add cubed chicken, turmeric and salt. Mix all ingredients. Cook for about 5 min on high heat.

      Add white wine, cook until wine is heated through. Cover the pan and turn heat to medium low.
    4. 4
      Cook for about 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked to its ideal temperature.
    5. 5
      Sprinkle with fresh parsley. Enjoy!

      Delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed this dish. I used 2lbs of chicken leg meat because we prefer dark meat and made everything else as directed. It actually only served 4 people...but I do have 3 guys and myself. Thank you for this yummy dish.
