Spanish Beef and Rice

"Lots of flavor in this simple dish. You can adjust how spicy it is by using diced tomatoes with jalapeños or green chilies. Make your favorite white rice to serve with it. The leftovers are even better!"

I live in Parma, Ohio with my awesome boyfriend and love it! I work at a daycare with infants and have the best co-workers a girl could ask for. I love to read and cook, but prefer easy and fast meals during the week.
