This recipe was found in a cook booklet that I sent for from the SPAM Company. Now except for leaving out the green bell pepper, the recipe was made as it was written. (which I will list in the ingredients). My SO and I found this to be a bit on the bland side.If you do try this,PLEASE feel free to "PUNCH IT UP" and let me know what you did.Posted to food.com ( a.k.a. Made this for Zaar Cookbook Tag Game 2013 and DH and I did enjoy this for a quick and easy meal. I did add some minced garlic and used oregano for the thyme (DH likes oregano better...which changed it from jambalaya a little). Definately a keeper and will be made again. Thank you for posting.
The family really enjoyed this recipe. Very easy, simply and tasty. I have made this a couple of times and will be making it again tonight. Thanks, Chef Shapeweaver, for sharing!
