Yes, Folks! You read that right! For those of you who are Spam lovers, you will greatly appreciate the rich delicacy of these refined flavors. For those who are not, you must try it so you can be converted. Posted in honor of Huffy Huffbort.

- Divide applesauce into four shallow cups. Keep refridgerated.
- Fry Spam slices in a stovetop frying pan over medium-high heat. Turn continually till each side is evenly browned. When nearly done, lay two slices of cheese on top of each Spam slice.
- Toast slices of bread to preferred darkness.
- On your plate, layer cheesey Spam on top of bread, and dip your open-faced sandwich in cold applesauce. Enjoy immediately!
