I didn't mind this but there were others who were definitely not impressed with this meal. Be generous with the lemon juice as it counteracts any bitterness coming from the tahini [I use the unhulled version].
Very easy and quite tasty. I tried it as an alternative to Spaghetti with Tahini Sauce and was pleasantly surprised. Next time I'll cut back on the lemon, and continue with an added dash of sea salt. I used whole wheat penne, which I'll probably use again, too.
