- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 ounces feta cheese
- 1⁄8 cup parmesan cheese
- Cook and drain spaghetti.
- In saute pan melt butter and oil together; add garlic; cook just until butter turns brown.
- Add spaghetti; toss.
- Add feta and Parmesan cheese; toss.
What a great recipe! This is delicious! It is simple and quick to make,toasty, garlicy, cheesy, just plain yummy! I will definatley make this again, in fact it could quickly become comfort food.
Tasty, decadent and very very easy to make. This is definitely not for 1 person! Half of it made a large portion, even after I cut the fat in half! I really enjoyed this for lunch today. Made for ZWT6. Thanks Dienia B.! :)
This was served as part of a Greek style buffet, for a couple who don't like vegetables in their food. It was gone in minutes. Everyone loved it. I wish I had doubled the recipe. Thanks for a tasty and super quick to prepare dish.
