  1. Delicious! I completely changed the quantities ( i normally allow around 150g spaghetti per person) but loved this combination. was simple & quick. thanks!

  2. yum! the pine nuts totally make this dish.

  3. Terese, this is fabulous. Great flavours and made a excellent light dinner. I always have rocket in my garden so will make this often as all ingredients are what I normally have on hand. Thinking of you, hugs, Jules.

  4. This recipe made our mouths just zing with flavour! We hadn't really tasted rocket before, but a friend gave us a bunch from her garden, and I had to find something to do with it. Wow! Were we ever impressed by this dish! I cooked it exactly as stated, except I substituted 1/2 teaspoon of bottled minced chilli for the Thai red chilli. I tore the rocket up a bit as well. Absolutely delicious! One of those dishes that is more than the sum of its parts. I went straight out and bought rocket for our own garden!
