"My husband and I really liked this and it was really easy to prepare. You can use eggs instead of substitute or regular cottage cheese,I used what the recipe called for because it's lower in fat & cholesterol."

I live in South Hutchinson KS. with my husband and 2 cats. I work in a truking dispatch office through the days and 3 nights a week I work at a Gambino's Pizza. It would be hard to say what my favorite cookbook is because I love them all,for my passion is cooking and riding motorcycles. My pet peeve is someone saying "I can't do that" because anything is possible if you put your heart in it and trust the lord.
