This is a great way to use a spaghetti squash. It's healthy with so much taste. I used low sodium chicken broth. And didn't use the parmesan cheese as it's already yummy without. Thanks Jan :) Made for Holiday tag game
Yum! Used a bag of frozen stir fry mix and added chili garlic sauce for kick to a side of baked tilapia!

This recipe is tasty! I added patty pan squash because I had it fresh from the garden. I also added 1 Tablespoon of Korean Sweet Chili Sauce which gives it a slightly hot zing. I substituted chicken broth for vegetable broth as well. I used a combination of Canola oil and Toasted Sesame Oil to stir the vegetables with. A great healthy side dish!
This was excellent. Even my son and DIL liked it and they are very picky. I had some cherry tomatoes that I added. We will be making this again. Thanks for a great new side dish.
