Wonderful, quick and light! DH and I enjoyed the flavors in this dish immensely. I used a 14.5 ounce (USA) can of chopped tomatoes as I was unsure what is standard in the UK. It worked so well for us that this dish will be repeated :) Thanks Y Wrach.

  1. Heat oil and add garlic.
  2. Cook gently.
  3. Add tomatoes, anchovy, capers and olives.
  4. Simmer.
  5. Stir in basil.
  6. Season.
  7. Cook pasta in boiling, salted water whilst sauce is simmering.
  8. Drain and serve.
