    Directions:

      Drain most water off tomato's while cutting before putting in pan.
    2. 2
      Put everything except tomato paste in large stock pot.
    3. 3
      Cook several hours for veggies to cook well.
    4. 4
      Then add tomato paste.
    5. 5
      Cook another hour to desired consistency.
    6. 6
      This is a basic recipe,,,,add additional sugar/italian seasoning to desired taste.
