Nice and easy Spaghetti Sauce

  1. Heat Oil in Wok.
  2. Fry Garlic and Onions until Translucent.
  3. Add Basil, Oregano, Cayenne, Bay Leaves.
  4. Add Zucchini and fry for another 5 Minutes.
  5. Add Diced Tomatoes, and sugar, heat til it boils.
  6. Cook on low for two hours.
  7. Cook uncovered for thicker sauce.

Yummy marinara sauce! Smells divine. I like the hint of bay leaf in this. Served with butternut squash panade. Glad I found this. Made for Spring PAC 2012.
