This rich and slightly sweet kugel is a hit at any meal, buffet or party.

It's pretty good. I mixed up and added 1/2 cup of sugar not 1/4, and I can't imagine it without the extra sugar. And, I think next time I'll add vanilla. I used the 2 quart baker as directed, but next time I'll do it in the 2 1/2. I will say, this is the PERFECT use for extra sphagetti!! It's economical and relatively quick.

  1. Cream cheese and butter, mixing until well blended.
  2. Blend in eggs, sour cream, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
  3. Add cooked spaghetti and raisins. Mix well.
  4. Pour mixture into a 2 1/2 quart baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until set.
