This is a tasty and VERY healthy way to eat your spaghetti.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Heat your pan/skillet.
  2. Add oil, onion and mushrooms. Cook for a moment.
  3. Add green papaya. Cook for a minute or two.
  4. Add spaghetti sauce. Stir it all around and cook for another minute or two.
  5. Add parsley if you want. Stir.
  6. Plate.
  7. Top with Parmesan. Salt & Pepper.
  8. Enjoy!
  9. If there are other veggies you want to add, go for it.
