  1. Really yummy casserole. I used a bag of vegetarian crumbles and a leek. I also used whole wheat pasta and low fat/fat free dairy products. I added some italian seasoning to the "meat" and would probably add more next time. I also used a little less cheese then called for which worked fine. Instead of broiling it I baked it at 350 for 15 minutes (mostly because things cooled off while I was shredding the cheese and I thought it wouldn't be hot enough if broiled). This is yummy and cheesy. I served it with frozen fruit with a little splenda sprinkled on top for a quick and easy weeknight family dinner.

I am 30 years old. I am married and have a wonderful family. My hubbie is the greatest. We have a 2 1/2 year old little girl. Her name is Lizzie Belle. I have pics if anyone wants to see. I work for a bank in Brandon, MS. My hubbie is a police officer in Jackson. I have a great cookbook that is called "Any Blonde Can Cook". It is awesome. I love to cook...when I have the time. My family keeps me pretty busy though. I enjoy reading books, going to the movies, traveling, spending time with my family, cooking, playing with Lizzie Belle, tanning, and getting my nails done.
